A meeting on the ADDET project took place in Spain from 5 October to 6 October 2022. The project is close to a successful conclusion.
As a result, a vocational training model has been developed. The model is based on the Design Thinking methodology and is aimed at promoting problem-solving skills and competences for trainees. Another result is the Trainers Guide. This is intended to enable and support (part-time) trainers and trainers/lecturers in (inter-company) educational institutions in particular to apply these methods. The guide supports innovative teaching and learning approaches in vocational training. After the successful pilot tests in all partner countries, the guide was revised and the results were incorporated into the final version. All results will soon be accessible on the project website.
