Collection, processing and use of personal data

Personal data is information about factual or personal circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. This primarily includes information that allows conclusions to be drawn about your identity, for example your name, your telephone number, your address or your e-mail address.
You can use this website without any collection, processing or use of personal data.
Server data
For technical reasons, the following data sent by your internet browser to us or to our server provider will be collected, especially to ensure a secure and stable website: These server log files record the type and version of your browser, operating system, the website from which you came (referrer URL), the webpages on our site visited, the date and time of your visit, as well as the IP address from which
you visited our site.
Cookies
When you visit our website, we use so-called technical “cookies”. Cookies are small text files that are stored in your browser’s cache. The “session cookies” we use are automatically deleted when you end your browser session.
Facebook
Our website links to the social network “facebook.com”, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 St. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). When you visit our website, no data is transferred to Facebook, as no Facebook plugins are integrated. However, if you click on a Facebook link (optically corresponding to a Facebook button) you will be taken directly to Facebook. We have no influence on the type and scope of data processing by Facebook based on your click. User rights

With regard to the data processing users and data subjects have the right:
• to confirmation of whether data concerning them is being processed, information about the data being processed, further information about the nature of the data processing, and copies of the data (cf. also Art. 15 GDPR);
• to correct or complete incorrect or incomplete data (cf. also Art. 16 GDPR);
• to the immediate deletion of data concerning them (cf. also Art. 17 DSGVO), or, alternatively, if further processing is necessary as stipulated in Art. 17 Para. 3 GDPR, to restrict said processing per Art. 18 GDPR;
• Right to data portability and complaint to a supervisory authority. Since May 25, 2018, you also have the right to data portability according to Art. 20 GDPR and the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority within the meaning of Art. 77 GDPR.
