Un nou început de an școlar….noi impresii despre modelul de ucenicie ADDET.
Am aplicat modelul pilotat în acest proiect Erasmus, elevilor din anul III si IV de liceu prin firmele de exercițiu. Surprize plăcute în și după vacanță. Cei care au finalizat cursurile, au fost foarte încântați că au reusit să își găsească un loc de muncă, unii sunt studențti și așteaptă să arate ce știu, iar cei care au fost anul III au avut locuri de muncă în regim part time.
Satisfacția a fost că efortul nu a fost în zadar, că materialele lucrate le-au pus în valoare imaginația și cunoștințele dobândite și acumulate în timp.
Modul de a învăța prin acest model ADDET, proiect finanțat prin programul Erasmus este un mare plus pentru elevi și profesori. Dacă la început au fost reticenți și timizi, acum sunt bucuroși că experiența Erasmus este una deosebită, că viața le-a oferit această oportunitate, că ei pot profesa în domeniul lor fiind mai siguri și stăpâni pe ceea ce fac, că timpul alocat a însemnat cunoaștere și practică, iar oportunitatea unei afaceri de succes înseamnă muncă prin ucenicie.
Colaborarea cu agenții economici s-a realizat conform legislațtiei și de ambele părți a fost un bun prilej de comunicare, experiență de lucru, noutăți, abilități și competențe care de obicei se dobândesc într-un timp mai îndelungat.
Agenții economici au fost încantați de ideile prezentate în planurile de afacere pe care elevii le-au realizat și de modul în care tânăra generație vede mediul de afaceri în viitor.
Credem că experiența Erasmus este un mod de deschidere și de învățare într-un context european optimist, și ne dorim să continuăm și pe viitor.

A new start of the school year….new impressions about the ADDET apprenticeship model.
We applied the piloted model in this Erasmus project, to third and fourth year high school students through internship companies. Pleasant surprises during and after the holiday. Those who completed the courses were very pleased that they managed to find a job, some are students and waiting to show what they know, and those who were in the third year had part-time jobs.
The satisfaction was that the effort was not in vain, that the materials worked put their imagination and knowledge acquired and accumulated over time.
The way to learn through this ADDET model, a project funded by the Erasmus program, is a great plus for students and teachers. If at first they were reluctant and shy, now they are happy that the Erasmus experience is a special one, that life has given them this opportunity, that they can practice in their field being more confident and in control of what they do, that the time allocated meant knowledge and practice, and the opportunity for a successful business means apprenticeship work.
The collaboration with economic agents was carried out according to the legislation and on both sides it was a good opportunity for communication, work experience, news, skills and competences that are usually acquired over a longer period of time.
The economic agents were delighted by the ideas presented in the business plans that the students made and how the young generation sees the business environment in the future.
We believe that the Erasmus experience is a way of openness and learning in an optimistic European context, and we want to continue in the future.
